Christina has dedicated over 20 years to the real estate industry. With a track record of selling over 5,000 properties, she’s seen it all: distressed homes, booming markets, and everything in between.
She started in real estate at 18 as a leasing agent, managing a large apartment complex during a tough lease-up. Early on, she already knew the value of coaching and mentorship, which helped her overcome challenges in the industry. In her second year, she sold 50 homes, and by her third year, she had exceeded 100, all due to her strategic focus on real estate investors.
Christina’s story highlights the power of building and nurturing relationships. She understood early on that emotional connections and clear communication are essential in the real estate business. Rather than solely chasing individual deals, she forged partnerships with investors and institutions, allowing her to scale her business effectively.
Today, Christina leads initiatives at LPT Realty and actively coaches agents, sharing her wisdom and experience. She emphasizes the importance of understanding clients’ needs by asking the right questions and analyzing data, proving that you need to deliver value and build trusting relationships to win in real estate.
