How do you balance a high-powered real estate career with staying grounded and humble? In my recent conversation with Kymerlee Music, a top-producing Realtor and part-time paramedic, we explored the mindset and strategies behind her success in real estate.

Kymerlee’s story is rooted in determination. As a former competitive swimmer who reached the Olympic trials, she learned the value of discipline and hard work early on. After injuring her shoulder during the trials, she pivoted to a career as a paramedic, a role she has embraced for over 12 years. When life changed with motherhood and the need for financial stability, she made the decision to enter the world of real estate.

Kymerlee thrives in her market today, closing 75 transactions yearly with a close-knit team of 12. She shows that success isn’t about doing everything on your own but about focusing on activities that bring you closer to your goals. Kymerlee stresses the importance of consistency, whether that means reaching out to leads, making listing videos, or being genuine on social media. She believes putting in the hard work behind the scenes is key to success.
