What makes a great real estate leader? For Shanan Steere, it’s not luck, but grit, structure, and a passion for helping others grow.
Shanan’s journey started in corporate sales, where she earned top-tier training at two Fortune 100 companies before transitioning into real estate in 1997. As a solo agent, she sold over 550 homes in her first eight years with only one admin. When she hit her ceiling, she turned to leadership, joining Keller Williams, opening a franchise, and building one of the largest market centers in her region.
By focusing on recruiting top agents and building productivity, Shanan led her market center from #100 to #25 in profitability in under three years. She later joined KW International as a leadership coach, teaching recruiting and attraction strategies while traveling the country as a BOLD instructor.
Then came a health crisis in 2015 that changed everything. Forced to slow down, Shanan rebuilt her business from the ground up, this time with a focus on structure, systems, and balance. Within three years, she and a single admin grew to 127 transactions and reignited her love for coaching.
