From one sale to unstoppable momentum: Let me tell you how Eden Jeffrey built credibility, community, and a career by 25. I sat down with her for an interview, and here’s an overview of what we talked about.
People told her she was too young for real estate. Four years later, she built a network of 15,000 young agents.
Starting at 21 in south Atlanta, Eden ran straight into the classic new-agent wall: a small sphere, age-based doubts, and no personal track record. Instead of faking it, she learned to show up with confidence, data, and a clear plan. When clients asked hard questions, she answered with market facts, process clarity, and borrowed expertise from mentors, turning a perceived weakness into a chance to win clients’ trust.
Eden’s first year was humbling because she overvalued branding and underweighted conversations. The turnaround came when she traded busywork for lead gen, scripts, appointments, and follow-up. “We sell ourselves, not houses,” she says. “The best agents are logistics pros who move clients from A to B with less friction.”
Community multiplied her growth. Seeing a gap for young professionals, Eden helped transform and grow the Young Professionals Network, from a dormant group of 800 into 15,000+ members, proving that service-first leadership scales both impact and opportunity.
When her growth plateaued, Eden recognized it was time for a new season. She stepped away from the role, reclaimed her time, and launched Young Professionals in Real Estate, a broker-agnostic community. The through line is simple: people first over profit, conversations over cosmetics, authenticity over imitation.
For new agents, Eden’s story serves as an inspiration to do the work long enough to create credibility in the industry.
